DAILY MAKEUP ROUTINE

Today I'm going to show you how I do my daily make up. Mostly I use natural colors, I love the look of a natural fresh skin and dark eyes. I also will show you the stuff I used.

Step 1: I clean my face with Dove soft wash, which protects your skin. '

Step 2: Mostly I don't use that much foundation, only at the problem area. For me that's my chin, nose, and under my eyes. As you can see I've pretty dark edges around my eyes because I'm tired lately, so I camouflage it with foundation. Also my nose is always red.. so I really have to apply foundation on that spot because otherwise it'll stand out so much. This time I used Bourjois healthy mix foundation N52: vanilla. It's actually my sisters, but it's also the right color for me. I also use a foundation brush, which works really well for me. With this brush you can reach spots like under your eyes. The rest of the foundation I wipe out with the biggest brush.

Step 3:  My face after applying the Bourjois foundation.

Step 4: For additional results I use a mineralize foundation powder of MAC, shade 'light and apply it all over my face and neck. It's helps to camouflage dilated pores and red areas on your face. I also use a big powder brush of H&M.

Step 5:  My face after applying the mineralize powder.

Step 6: After the foundation and powder, it's time for blush. I use the MAC mineralize blush warm soul. It's just gives you that healthy and fresh look. I use a regular blush brush.

Step 7: Sometimes I apply just a little foundation on my lips. Just because I love the natural look. Don't put up too much, or a lighter color! Then it looks like you're not feeling well or something, and that's not our intention!

Step 8: To create that extra natural fresh look, I use the MAC creme d'nude lipstick. It's creamy and shiny and it even smells great.

Step 9: I always curl my lashes with an eyelash curler. If I don't use it, my lashes focus forward and it looks like they're really short. I want to create big dark eyelashes, so this eyelash curler is necessary! Curl your eyelashes before applying eyeliner.

Step 10: Now I can start with the eyes. I love eyeliner, and I love dark eyes. I use the Maybelline Lasting drama 24h gel eyeliner. It works really well, although it's not that black as eyeliners I used before.

Step 11: So now it's time for mascara. I always use two or three layers of mascara. As I already said, I love the big dark eyeslook. I use the Maybelline one by one volum' express, satin black mascara. I'm really happy with this one, it works great and I highly reccomend it.

Step 12: layer one

Step 13: layer two

Step 14: layer three

Step 15: Now remove the mascara above your eyes of your skin, if it's there. Otherwise it looks messy and revulsive of the rest of your makeup.

Step 16: Last but not least I darken my eyebrows a bit. I also want to touch up the shape so that it looks much better. I never darken my eyebrows too much, because I've got quite blonde hair.

So, that's it actually, nothing more. When my friends and I are going out I use a little more make-up as usual, and sometimes I use other colors of blush and lipstick, but this is pretty much the daily look. I still want to buy some heavy pinkish colors of MAC lipstick, but we'll see. First I have to save some money for New-Zealand. Hope you guys liked it, tell me what you think! I love to see all of your daily make up routine stuff too!

With love,

GEL NAILS | NAIL ART

As my friend started a new hobby as a nail stylist, of course, I was her guinea pig.
Because it was only her second time doing gel nails, the nails became a bit lumpy bumpy. I didn't care, I thought she did a great job as she is just a beginner! Still I decided to pimp them up a little bit, so I can practice doing nail art. I love being creative, but often I'm just too lazy to sit down and draw something. I bought some nail polish and nail accessories at a local store. First I wanted to buy Essie nail polish, but I decided to start with some cheaper stuff of a Dutch brand. There are so many gorgeous nail art inspirations on the Internet. At here for example, on Wehearit.com.

This was only my first time doing nail art, so I'm pretty happy with the result! As you can see the nails are bumpy, but my mother just said that she'll buy me some new gel nails at a professional nail stylist as a present, so I can practice on some gorgeous nails!
I'll do some more posts about my 'creations', and when I have my new gel nails I'll definitely show you them!

DYED HAIR | JOHN FRIEDA NATURAL LIGHT BLONDE

Hey sweeties,

This week I finally dyed my hair again. It wasn't really necessary , it was just the outgrowth of my hair which I had to do. Anddd.. I'm seeking for reasons to dye my hair again.. When I went to the drugstore with my sister who wanted to buy hair dye, I saw the John Frieda hair dyes were on sale. First I doubted whether I should do it or not. Basically my hair already was natural light blonde, so its not a dramatic change or something. I just feel fresh again, and the hairdresser has cut the dead hairends of my hair, so yeah, I feel fresh right now.

As you can see nothing really changed, only the color underneath became a bit blonder.
I'm really happy with the John Frieda hair dye. I have to say, I never bought hair dye from the drugstore after my hair became dry, dull and sluggish. But I'm satisfied with John Frieda and I heard lots of positive reactions about this brand. The box contains -next to the hair dye itself- a lovely conditioner, which makes your hair feel soft and shiny. But what I'm the most happy with, is the natural look. This hair dye doesn't make your hair look fake and whole-colored. I still can see the lowlights trough my hair. The foam isnt that foamy

What do you think about the John Frieda hair dye?

SMALL TINY POST

Hey lovelys,

So again I'm not that active on my blog, because I work almost everyday. Today I went to my manager to ask him if I could have a week off. I feel so overtired and overwrought lately, I never had time to process some stuff I've been trough the last couple of years. He understood, and now I finally can take some rest.. no migraine anymore, I hope! So yesterday my friend practiced her new hobby on me: gel nails. She really has some talent, this was only her second time. Oh, and I finally bought a new mobile: the Samsung galaxy S3. It's perfect for me; the big screen and the white color. I love Samsung.
I can't believe I can download apps again! My previous mobile -which was the HTC Legend- could only handle Whatsapp, and that's it. Now can make beautiful HD pictures and videos of New-Zealand. And beauty products, of course. I'm still going to do a review about my M.A.C mineralize blush, the Samsung galaxy S3 and I'll show you my new nails.
But first, I'm going to buy a cover for my phone and relax, because that's the only thing I highly need right now.

JOHN FRIEDA | ANOTHER HAIR DYE

As my sister dyed her hair dark mahogany brown, she already saw another hair dye that caught her attention: Syoss Dark Cherry mix. Before my sister turned into a 'teenage girl which can only think and talk about her hair and make up and tits and other stuff which is about appearance' I had a serious hair-addiction problem which was finally over sice last year.. But she has this trange influence. She wants to try every hair color I always wanted to try, and now, at this point, I doubt about two beautiful hair colors. My sister already bought two packs of Syoss Dark Cherry mix, and I bought John Frieda Light Natural blonde which I can still exchange for another color in the store.. I was thinking about a Mohogany color just like Cheryl Cole had. so can you guys please help me out with this? I love my blonde color, and I already thought about me, slight tanned, blonde hair in New-Zealand. But because my sister has this color too, it's kinda funny to dye my hair the same as her.
So please tell me, what should I do?!

SAMSUNG GS3 | IPHONE 5

While I'm planning my trip to New-Zealand, I'm searching my ass off for a new mobile as I discovered that I can extend my On Account plan next month(it's never enough). The problem is, I can't use my On Account plan in New-Zealand, so I'm going to buy the mobile only. My boyfriend just has got his Samsung Galaxy S3 Blue and I absolutely love it! The big HD screen, wow! Right now I have the HTC Legend.. my colleagues laugh at it  for his 'sconce' and call it 'old school'. It's always so exciting to buy a new mobile, and my old school mobile can handle only one app, just one. My first choice was the Galaxy S3. But what about the IPhone 5? I've heard that it's release will be in October, is it worth the wait? No doubt. But which should I choose? Honestly I can't wait.
My question to you is, which one do you recommend. Anyone experience with the Galaxy S3 or IPhone?
